We’re the only place in town that encourages customers to rant and make a scene, and we won’t kick you out for breaking things. So, rage on like never before in the coolest rage room in Middle Tennessee, because… WHY NOT?! There are no consequences… no judgment… and no clean up!
The world tells you to keep moving and pretend nothing’s wrong, but we know sometimes that’s impossible! So, before you react and punch your boss… bash a laptop instead. Don’t breakdown after a breakup… scream and smash away! Avoid a road rage incident (we know how people drive in Murfreesboro)… plant a crowbar in a car door instead. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
• You must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in ANY activity.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and waivers.
• Bring your phone! You can connect via Bluetooth to play music over our speakers.
• We provide coveralls, helmets, gloves, and eye protection, which must be worn at all times in the rage room.
• Only 4 people allowed in each rage room at a time, due to our insurance requirements.
• Remember, do not directly hit walls, floors, or milk crates in the rage room.

It’s our basic smash pack, but it’s definitely an undeniable rush! You get to bust an entire milk crate full of breakables. It’s seriously the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

May you bring your old stuff to break? Yes! This is our BYOB, or Bring Your Own Breakables, option. We provide the wrecking room, safety equipment, and range of smash tools. Plus, we do the cleanup and disposal! If you didn’t purchase a rage room package, a half-hour standalone BYOB is a $25 cleanup/room fee, plus $20 per person entry. In other words, $45 for one person, $65 for two, etc. Bring up to about one shopping cart’s worth of your own stuff to break. All Items MUST be inspected before being broken in our room. What do you do if you run out of items but not out of steam? Well, we have plenty more available to demolish! Our smashables run the gamut from glass (bottles, serving ware, home decor, etc.), old electronics (printers, fax machines, monitors, DVD players, computers, etc.), small appliances, and furniture, to various-sized TVs, instruments, and even auto parts. You never know what we might have, but it’s all sitting there waiting to be smashed. Check out the shelves in our rage ready room or the nearby hallway, but there is always more in the back. Check with our staff for details. Inventory changes on a regular basis.
